  • Unused and Unopened Products: Refunds or exchanges are accepted for products that are returned unused and in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase and photos of the damage. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

 

Non-Refundable Items

  • Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.

  • Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
